Usually we would seek to recover the Legal Pack Preparation Fee and TR1 Preparation Fee from the Buyer via the auction Special Conditions of Sale. You can ask us not to do this and pay these fees yourself.
Please note that our fees for the sale of commercial property via auction are different to our residential sale fees. We can provide confirmation of our fees for the sale of commercial property via auction but we will need to understand the nature of the property being sold before confirming our fees.
