John has over 25 years of experience in both commercial and residential property transactions. John’s extensive experience in property transactions and deep understanding of commercial property law are crucial in navigating the unique challenges of providing clients with comprehensive support from initial instruction to completion.

John’s background in working with lenders of all sizes also enables him to design efficient processes that minimise risk and expedite loan processing.

John’s current role involves the strategic management of the business, overseeing the delivery of key legal products, designing products and processes for B2B clients and dealing with complex or high-value transactions.

With 16 years of experience in residential conveyancing, Katie has considerable knowledge of all aspects of transactional sale and purchase work including re-mortgages and newly built properties.

Specialising in auction property since 2014, Katie currently leads the auction team providing expert advice to our clients seeking to buy and sell at auction. Katie holds a level 5 ILM Qualification in Leadership & Management.

Sean has been in the legal profession since 2006 when he started his career in Bristol with TLT Solicitors. From here, Sean then joined DAC Beachcroft for 7 years as a senior legal administrator before recently joining us at bridgeview law.

Sean looks after the HR side of the office, as well as running the administration team, providing support for the whole office. From this, Sean makes sure the whole office is running smoothly and efficiently on a daily basis.

Outside of work, Sean is a trained chef and loves to cook. Away from the kitchen, Sean is also a keen hiker.
